Purpose of the Position: Provide personalized attention to customers interested in high-performance gaming equipment, ensuring the recommended solution meets their needs and budget, and representing RoyalTech’s technical and service excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend personalized configurations of gaming equipment.
  • Provide technical advice on components (processors, graphics cards, motherboards, etc.) and peripherals.

Sales and Goal Achievement:

  • Meet the monthly sales objectives established by the company.
  • Promote products from leading brands such as ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, Cooler Master, among others.

Training and Knowledge:

  • Participate in training and certifications provided by partner brands.
  • Stay updated on gaming market trends and new releases.

After-sales support:

  • Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase by providing additional guidance on equipment use and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in technology sales or related products.
  • Advanced technical knowledge in computer hardware, especially in gaming.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for video games and technology.
